1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScoreFrame ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. ScoreFrame is operated by Glavin Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

ScoreFrame is a sports video recording application that overlays live scoreboards onto recorded video. The App supports multiple sports, remote scoring, live streaming, game history tracking, and optional cloud accounts. Features vary between the free and paid (Pro) tiers.

3. Accounts

Creating a ScoreFrame account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. You must provide accurate information during account creation. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which permanently removes all associated cloud data.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ScoreFrame Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing on Android and through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) on iOS. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription titles and length: ScoreFrame Pro Monthly (1 month) and ScoreFrame Pro Annual (1 year), each with a 14-day free trial.
  • Price: $5.99 per month for the Monthly plan, or $49.99 per year for the Annual plan (approximately $4.17 per month). Prices in other currencies are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is charged at the end of the 14-day free trial unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing or cancelling: You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings (Android) or in your Apple ID account settings (iOS). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy on Android and Apple's refund policy on iOS. If you experience an issue, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you on a resolution.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5. Free Tier and Advertising

The free tier includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. Free tier users are subject to a 10-minute recording limit per session, a 10-minute live streaming limit per session, a watermark on recorded video, and limited highlight clips. These limitations may change over time. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads and limitations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Distribute, share, or resell your Pro subscription access to others.
  • Use the live streaming feature to broadcast content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or any other platform's policies.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's services, servers, or networks.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all videos, photos, and game data created with ScoreFrame. We do not claim any rights to your content. Videos are stored on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Cloud-synced data (teams, rosters, game history) is stored in your private account and is not accessed, analyzed, or shared by us.

8. Live Streaming

When you use ScoreFrame's live streaming feature, your video is transmitted directly from your device to the streaming platform you choose (YouTube or Amazon IVS). You are solely responsible for the content you stream and must comply with the streaming platform's terms of service. We do not store, process, or monitor your streams.

9. Third-Party Services

ScoreFrame integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In, Firebase, YouTube, Amazon IVS, Google AdMob (Android), Google Play Billing (Android), and Apple's App Store / StoreKit (iOS). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

ScoreFrame, including its code, design, scoreboards, icons, and branding, is the property of Glavin Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes (or commercial purposes with a Pro subscription).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoreFrame is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of scores, statistics, or game data recorded by users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glavin Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glavin Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email (if you have opted in). Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, deleting your account.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kansas.
